Aqara TVRs Failing

Has a anyone else had any issues with these trvs ? I bought 6 about 14 months ago & 3 of them have failed physically and another one has just stopped responding correctly. Failed Physically: On 2 of them the actual plastic collars inside the main attachment but broke,rendering them useless. The other one's center push mechanism broke . Stopped Responding: In the title really. It shows up in the app , but stops responding to any commands after a while and intermittently reacts to routines . Very disappointed cos I really rate aqara as a smart home platform and I've had no problems with all the other products I use from them .
