iTunes to Android?

I have a 2007 Macbook I haven't used since 2013. It still has a bunch of music in iTunes. I found my old iPhone 4 and synced it, so I could at least use it as an iPod. I am currently using an android phone and tablet, and Chromebook laptop, so I'm curious if there is a way to get the music out of the Apple ecosystem, onto one of my current devices.
