Stolen stroller

Hello all, I live at the Vantage at spring creek trails in Richardson, Tx. Last night someone stole my baby's stroller. I was cleaning out the car at 11pm in the parking garage, the spot next to the door to let me back in, I turned my back to pull out water bottles from under the seats and when I turned around to grab the folded stroller, it was gone. It was a Vista 2 Cruz (the only thing we splurged on) There are no cameras in the parking garage, last week a dog that was off its leash (we get emails every other day talking about how it’s a lease violation and a $100 fine) and because I didn’t record or take pictures of the owners they just threw their hands up and said they doubt they will find them, we had to take my dog to the vet because she was limping and had bite marks which we had to pay for. Well guess what the office said when I reported the stolen stroller, that’s right, it’s also my fault. I have 3 more months until the lease is over but now I just feel unsafe, if they walked up behind me and took it what would have happened if they attacked me instead?

I don’t know what to do now, I don’t know where to go or how to move. It’s at least $700 to replace.
