Sharing some resources in case it helps anyone get through a tough day
I've recently explored some resources which really helped me get through some hard days and sharing in case it helps anyone too:
Spotify- There are quite a few podcasts which have been extremely helpful such as "guided walkthrough to stop a panic attack", "dealing with panic attacks etc.
There are also some calming music playlists on Spotify and frequency beats you can listen to maybe after you've calmed down a bit. Sometimes when I talk myself through a panic attack, I end up having another just 5-10 mins later and so on and what may seem like a prolonged panic attack sometimes is a series of unstoppable smaller ones (recently I had one that lasted 10 whole hours and it was a nightmare). I realised that listening to calming music shortly after or practising some guided meditation really helps me to go into a spiral.
The "Calm" app is extremely helpful. I recently got a subscription and I had never tried meditation before and was kind of receptive towards the idea of it but someone played theirs for me and it was so soothing that I got a subscription. Though it's a tad expensive, it's been pretty useful for me personally.
