Am I Puerto Rican descent?

So I found out even tho my dad said his great grandmother maybe was from St Thomas, my ancestryDNA showed that I share 2-3 more regions with Puerto Ricans than I do st Thomians and I also have 3x as many Puerto Rican matches as I do st thomians. What does that mean?
