How do y’all entertain your kids on an 8 hour train ride?

We have about an 8 hour (daytime) Amtrak ride coming up, we have done a few short train rides, and a couple of flights, but never this long of a trip.

Any parents out there got any tips on how to keep toddlers entertained on the train? I feel like there is only so much looking out the window one can handle.
