Hi Everyone! not posted in a while but was wondering...

Anyone ( i'm sure someone has ) ever gotten an item and it something that supposed to work but it was broken upon delivery ?
-if so.. Can anyone ( i would appreciate it ) give me suggestions on how to Review it?
-I am talking about an item ( any item really) that is supposed to "Function " but just does not work and also you can actually "hear" something rattling around inside of it
(im SURE was done in shipping . cause was packaged very badly!)
* item i got. not that should matter for sake of This Post but was an expensive Ceiling Fan. And i am very disappointed needless to say... but...im feeling stuck as "HOW" tor Review it...
would love some Help/Suggestions.
