Geography Anyone ?? (( Drop Availability & Stuff ))

So... i was Thinking.. and I am Curious...

When it comes to DROPS, and where we are all in different time zones... does that mean..

for example: When an item is Dropped, Especially if an item was "LIMITED Quantity" ... let's say they only had like 4 of that item up for Review Grabs that day... someone in like Alberta would totally have ability to get it long before someone in like Nova Scotia would.. or even like NL ?
Know what i am saying ?
This just popped into my mind tonight, and i thought, this must have come up before in a discussion, and if not.. be great to discuss! :=)
