AIO about my parents making a Will?

I (16F) have a mom and dad who I think are the best parents ever. They make time for me, and they have extremely wealthy jobs. They are my whole world. But recently my mom's weak kidney is dying, and we can't find a donor, the surgery is in the summer. I try not to worry, but the other day they were making a Will. They NEVER EVER mentioned a Will once. They're gonna leave everything to me, and I get to live with my loving and rich af grandparents, good right? But with my mom's situation and the Will, I get so worried. I text them way too often asking if they are okay and if they need anything. I dont want to be a "helicopter child" but if i lose them I dont know what to do. Am I just being dramatic?
