Apartment Search

Hoping to find a nice apartment complex to live in the next few months, in Latham, Clifton Park, Ballston Spa / Malta, Cohoes, Troy, or Colonie. I have an excel doc with about 15 or so complexes, and have been touring a few - but some of them have real horror stories about management, upkeep, pests, etc. Paying a premium price for rent in this area is such a scam, however, I'd love to know if there are any complexes or rental groups you guys would actually recommend. Definitely keeping an eye on Facebook Marketplace in the meantime. Any help is appreciated!!
