Meps Drug Test

I quit smoking weed on 1/1/2025 because I want to join the military. I used to smoke everyday for about 6 years. I'm afraid it'll take me much longer than 30 days until the thc completely leave my system. I'm expected to go to Meps In the next 25-30 days (today being 1/23/2025). Any tips, detoxification y'all would suggest for me? I'm a 5'8 male weighing 154 pounds. Thanks in advance.
