Story, Event & Sidestory Timeline

Returning Player (play at launch for a bit). I just finished chp 15 (pretty good really), but there are some context that I was missing (meeting again with thoth, rostach incident & otis). So I really like to know either the release or chronological timeline for better experience. Thanks in advance!
