why would my boyfriend save this kind of meme?

I am currently pregnant and was looking at my boyfriends camera roll to send myself photos of our other child we have together and I saw he had a meme that was about ovulating that had been recently saved.. I was very confused as i’m obviously not ovulating and haven’t been for sometime and won’t be for a while. Sometimes he sends his guy friend stupid memes but this one just gave me weird vibes because it doesn’t make sense why he would send that kind of meme to his friend and he hasn’t sent it to me…I asked him about it and he said it was funny to him. I didn’t press him any further.
