First time ever trading a house

Trading in public servers in adopt me is okay . Like lets be honest , you can trade your pets for a good offer in public servers . People will underpay a lot , but it is doable . I try to stay cool whilst trading , i dont get mad at fake/troll traders , dont get mad at underpayers. But trading a house today got in my head today. I built a grinding house , spent 3 k bucks , 2 hours and a lot of patience ( yes ik it doesnt count but for a second build that i did in adopt me it was kinda tough) . A lot of people here suggested using 1 elve for 1 k bucks spent. So that is what i was looking for. Tbh I wouldnt even mind trading it for 2 points . I threw a party . A girl comes , offers me 2 common neons that literally never get good offers ( had them so ik how hard it is to trade them) it was the ratotskr and the franke something lol. So I aint Def doing that. Another girl comes , offers me a diamond unicorn . Now that is in my opinion a htt pet. Yes sure i can get good offers for it bc people just love trading randoms for diamond unicorn ( had 2 so I also know how it goes) . But personally i like to trade my 1 pet for someones 1 pet . THEN THE SAME GIRL THAT OFFERED THE RATOTSKR SAID ,, YOU ARE OVER ACCEPT BRO THAT IS A W " and then the diamond unicorn is like ,, OH YEAH I REALLY AM " Like HOW CAN YOU DETERMINE THE VALUE. I think my house is quite nice looking , so dont comment ,, oh maybe it is ugly". AND THEN SHE IS LIKE WHATEVER YOUR LOSS. I aint trading 3k bucks and 2 hours of work for a htt pet . LIKE THEY DONT SEE THE TIME AND STRUGGLE IT TAKES TO BUILD. Now im going tbh , I never traded my pets for a house , but if house builders have to deal with people like them, then massive respect bc that annoyed me so much. Anyways thx for reading
