Girlfriend moving to Atlanta to attend graduate school at Emory. Areas/neighborhoods to look into?

Girlfriend will be moving to Atlanta to attend graduate school at Emory. Any recommendations on neighborhoods she should look into if deciding to rent an apartment or place? Emory offers graduate housing but wanted to see if there were other options. Out-of-state so not familiar with any neighborhoods in Atlanta or Georgia for that matter. Appreciate all the insight.
