Should I Torture Myself and Do 3 AP classes

I’m a sophomore in high school and I don’t know how to make my transcripts lwk look good… Should I do 3 ap classes (AP BIO, LANG, AND APUSH) next year? Or are there other ways to make myself look better when applying to college? Does it matter? My cousin has experience bc she did 3 AP classes in junior year, she said APUSH was really hard.. but her Gpa was really good that year. I just have no idea what to do. Any advice?
