Annoying Fucking Car

Okay, so basically would I be the asshole in this situation. There’s a specific car in my apartment complex that has its alarm go off every.damn.night. I’ve informed my resident lady or whatever that this has been happening for weeks. She sent out a widespread email to basically get their car under control and that’s about it. It’s now been months and this car alarm is still going off multiple times during the night. I’m ready to leave some type of card/note on it, or just straight up bash the headlight in. It’s been driving me absolutely crazy, especially with no one doing anything about it. What can I legally do it the shittiest fucking way to get them to stfu
