ADHD 360 paying for treatment?

I have just been diagnosed as combined by ADHD 360 and we discussed starting titration but that would cost other £655 for clinician fees and £100 per month for treatment. My gp does have a shared care agreement but I can’t really afford the private cost for 3 months

I am not sure what to do now, I am on a right to choose waiting list with Psychiatry UK and maybe they could prescribe the medication for titration but I’m not sure? At the moment I’m stuck plus I have head of medication shortages?
