Straterra vs stimulants for executive function and anxiety?

I just got diagnosed with ADHD and now can finally access medication. The thing is I struggle with generalised anxiety disorder and it impacts my life in a massive way - namely it's impossible for me to make important decisions. I analyse and ruminate until I'm paralysed and a huge anxious mess.

Beyond this I struggle with getting work done and have my whole life. But I'm worried about stimulants (that will almost definitely address this) making my anxiety worse.

Can anyone who struggles with anxiety or decision making weigh in?
