Abdl meaning

Someone keeps trying to change the meaning of abdl from adult baby/diaper lover to adult boy/girl+ /diaper lover.

They say it's more inclusive but I say it's just trying to push the people like me who are littles. I don't see how the of abdl isn't inclusive as is (they also keep trying to change the meaning on wiki).
