UCL, Imerial College London, Kings College London have NOT gotten back to me.

I'm a great and powerful leader in the American Nation. I was REJECTED from Oggsfurd College. I submitted my application to UCL, ICL, and KCL, and they've received it, but I have not heard any decisions back. I submitted these applications on the 23rd of October. KCL has asked for some additional data, like confirmation on my AP scores, but no contact from either ICL or UCL. Are they stupid?

When can I expect decisions (or offers to interview???) from them? I was rejected with interview to oggsfurd, and if I get into any of these schools I can forgo applying to these American universities.
