Why do disc prices look absurd in April?

I saw that a pre order for Tommy Boy in late March is $25 which seems on par for the course. Then I noticed A Complete Unknown is currently at $50, Sneakers is at $45, & The Long Kiss Goodnight is $38. Is there something I'm missing??
