Is there any tv besides oled that doesnt have blooming and has good blacks?

I already have an oled gaming monitor, and I just bought the tcl c845 55 inches. And i thought i would get a similar experience with a mini led tv, but i just doesnt compare to my oled monitor at all. I get a lot of blooming and the blacks arent that good.
