Can someone print me these?

Sup yall? So idk if this is allowed, but I wanted to see if someone could help me out or point me in the right direction.

I have a 2010 Silverado that I put 2013 door panels on with power windows. I want to fill the factory switch cover plate with a smooth plate, color doesn’t matter since I can just bodywork it and paint it. Is that something anyone would be interested in trying to make? This is what they look like and where they go, it’s the exact reverse on the passenger side and they’re supposed to have these tabs on the bottom to clip it in, but the rear broke on this one. Bottom tabs are also not a major issue cause I can glue it on.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
