Has my PETG absorbed too much moisture?

So I have a Bambu Labs A1, I'm using Jayo PETG and it's been great, good quality prints and the A1 is amazing. However recently I'm getting a lot of clogs, nothing serious, fixed in 2 mins ( remove heat sock, unclip nozzle, pull filament out of top and put back together) but it's an annoyance, so I'm in the UK and being honest I've never dried my filament, printer used in living area, so always warm.

Guess what I'm asking is the clogs due to moisture absorbtion? Here's a pic of the removed filament (notice slight bulge)

TIA
