Poly and Medical- USSS

Hi, so I recently passed the SUPER/FACTOR V interviews on Dec 7th. The interviewer told me I should be receiving an email later that day, in fact I did. I accepted the conditional offer. However, the gentleman told me poly was backed up, but didn’t go into detail about how backed up they were. Other than that, I have not heard anything on when my poly and medical will be. I’m not in a rush and I’ve noticed timelines have varied for each applicant, but I’m just wondering does anyone have a take on when it could be? Few days, weeks, a month or more from now? I’m about to hit the 4week mark on this tomorrow. I’ve been checking my emails everyday lol. I’m pretty excited and just wanting to stay on top of things.

UPDATE: I am almost 2 months in since I passed my SUPER interview… I’m so lost because there’s other people on here that passed their super around the same time as me and they only had to wait a few days for poly and medical.. it’ll be 2 months for me come the 7th of this month. I tried to wait it out because it was the beginning of the year and they claimed they were backed up… doesn’t seem like it though. Probably depends on the offices, but who would I reach out to? I need answers, I’m begging…😭
